On Friday, it was revealed that 20-year-old Shane Missler is the lone winner of the $450 million Mega Millions jackpot from the January 5 drawing. The night of the drawing, Missler simply wrote, "Oh. My. God." on his Facebook page, which makes sense to his followers today.

Missler has opted to take the $281.2 million lump sum payout, and he revealed that he's already taking financial classes to learn about managing the money.

In a statement released to the media, Missler said, "I'm only 20, but I hope to use it to pursue a variety of passions, help my family and do some good for humanity. Although I'm young I've had a crash course this week in financial management and I feel so fortunate to have this incredible wealth and team behind me. I intend to take care of my family, have some fun along the way and cement a path for financial success so that I can leave a legacy far into the future."

He added, "If there is one thing I have learned thus far in my short time on this earth it is that those who maintain a positive mindset and stay true to themselves get rewarded. I look forward to the future."

Missler, originally from Maine but living in Florida, was working as a Verifications Specialist' at Universal Background Screening, Inc before winning the lottery, according to his Facebook page.
