Besides being known for his outrageous music, XXXTentacion has made a name for himself in the way he looks.
The "Look At Me" rapper certainly knows how to get attention, whether it's from music loving fans or from people who just love to hate him. Regardless, having his name in blogs had been no challenge for the XXL 2017 Freshman class member.
XXXTentacion's latest antic is some new facial tattoos. An Instagram fan page is the source that posted the picture. In addition to a tree, the number "17," and other face ink, the rapper decided to throw on tribal pattern-inspired art.
This certainly isn't the first time XXXTentacion has created a buzz after re-creating his look. Last year, XXX debuted a face with gray locks and no eyebrows. He followed the picture with a caption saying, "he's dead." The rapper also explained the inspiration behind switching things up.
"If you feel as if your physical identity has to be the same as everyone else's to be socially acceptable, you're stupid. Be yourself."
While most dubbed Tentacion's behavior "bizarre," others found reassurance and confidence within themselves. Since he still hasn't explained the reasoning for these new tattoos, maybe he can get the benefit of the doubt that it wasn't just a random act.
