The Ball brothers, LiAngelo and LaMelo, are set to make their debut for the Lithuanian basketball club Vytautas on January 9. According to Vytautas' head coach Virginijus Seskus, the Chino Hills, CA products will receive substantial playing time in their first game. Seskus told ESPN's Jeff Goodman the following, "They are young, but I can promise that they will play a lot and I hope we will help them to get better and they will help us to win more games. We are waiting for them. Don't worry, they will play!"

Seskus made it clear, however, that performance is still the major lynchpin in the brothers' ability to stay on the floor. "They will play, but how many minutes it depends how they will play in the game. But still they will play, and they will also play in the Lithuanian league," said Seskus.

The Ball brothers are looking to follow in their older brother Lonzo's footsteps by making it to the NBA. According to 247Sports, LiAngelo is considered a 3-star prospect with an overall ranking of 226. LaMelo Ball is a 5-star prospect for the class of 2019 where he is ranked no. 15.
