Murda Mase and Killa Cam recently grabbed the attention of the internet after Mase dropped ‘The Oracle’ in response to Cam’s ‘It's Killa’ which dropped earlier this month on his comeback project “The Program.”
On the song, Cam raps about how he helped Ma$e out of a sticky situation that almost caused him to lose his life or end up and jail, only to have Ma$e offer him $100 for his help. Cam rapped about killing Ma$e which promoted a response from the famed Bad Boy rapper.
“Told him straight up I ain't feeling him. Let me curve this n***a 'fore I end up killing him” said Cam.
A few hours after dropping the song this past Friday, Mase jumped on Genius to break down the annotations so not to have anyone sully the lyrics.
“Imagine 20 years with a bitter b***h and the same drama. Dame told you do this shit and you don’t see Dame karma” Mase explained that Dame Dash approached him suggesting that he and Cam beef and just keep it on wax. Mase did not engage, but couldn’t hold back after Cam threatened him.
Elsewhere in the song, Mase raps about him Cam robbed his Diplomat team of money similar to how Sean Combs did him and other Bad Boy members.
“You robbed Juelz on some Diddy s**t / And when Jim start ballin' you get back on sissy s**t.” Mase called out Cam for the treatment of his team and how he’s constantly taken from those around him.
Mase went into the details of their 20-year back-and-forth, standing up for why he left rap to get into to church, G-Unit and how he slept with Cam’s sister, and how everyone knows.
“I don’t really have to say much. It’s funny because everybody around know all of this stuff. It’s just nobody said nothin'.”
