Method Man got really high during an appearance on ESPN’s “The Dan Le Batard Show" and spent a good amount of time talking about playing lacrosse in high school. He started out by telling the show’s hosts that his cousin got him into the sport when he was 11-years-old.

“It’s something about those sticks and hitting people,” said Meth. “When you’re a young frustrated kid with a stick in our hands and you tell us to go get it. We’re gonna go get it.” Meth explained that the rules were a lot less strict back when he played and hard body checking was encouraged. “Slashing was real lenient too,” Meth continued. “You could probably hit somebody in the head with the stick, well not in the head, but you could probably hit them on the top of the shoulder pad without getting in too much trouble.”

Method Man talked about the teams he played and called Port Washington one of the softest teams he faced in both football and lacrosse. Show co-host Stugotz attended Port Washington and realized that he and Meth might have played against each other. “We probably did whip Stu,” said Meth. He also said Stu’s team whined when they got hit during the game. The lacrosse talk starts at the 22:00 mark.
