Update: A judge has denied the Kardashian family's request to throw out Blac Chyna's defamation case against them. Chyna's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, released a statement, which read, "Today the court REJECTED the Kardashian family’s request to strike Chyna’s entire lawsuit."

Chyna has been fighting to keep the case in motion, where she states that the family slut shamed and defamed her, and added that they intended to kill her reality with Rob.

Lisa Bloom commented further on the case, stating, "We thank the court for its careful, well-reasoned rulings. We look forward to getting a trial date next month and aggressively fighting for Chyna’s rights at trial."

Blac Chyna is apparently easing up on her legal crusade against the Kardashian-Jenner sisters.

Chyna went on the offensive last month when she filed a lawsuit against the reality TV queens, claiming that she had been subjected to abuse at the hands of Rob -- very similar to the suit filed by Rob and sister Kylie against Chyna several weeks before that.

The former stripper and mother of Rob's child took it further, however, accusing the sisters of conspiring to damage her brand and sabotage the second season of her E! reality show she had starred in with her ex, Rob.

“Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016,” Chyna's lawyer's said in the lawsuit. “In revenge, the Kardashian-Jenner family became media predators, slut-shaming her on social media and killing her hit television show, which had already begun filming a second season.”

Fast forward to mid-November and Chyna has backed off a little, reportedly filing to remove Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie from the suit. However, Kim, Rob, and their mom Kris are still named in the lawsuit.

According to the documents which were obtained by TMZ, Chyna's lawyers left open the possibility of adding more defendants at a later date, so the sisters may be named again in the future.
