Anderson Silva can find common ground with Jon "Bones" Jones. Not in terms of fighting styles but drug testing results. According to reports, Anderson "The Spider" Silva will not be competing in Shanghai during a special UFC event in China versus Kelvin Gastelum. The test results stem from an October 26 drug test and this could spell out a full suspension from the USADA who already had Silva placed on provisional suspension after failing a test from an in-competition drug test during his bout against Nate Diaz at UFC 183 in January of 2015.

The UFC released a statement stating that they are actively seeking a replacement for Silva to face Gastelum on the November 25 fight card. This will be the UFC's first major event in mainland China.
