It appears Lance Stephenson still has it out for his longtime rival LeBron James. During Wednesday night's game between the Pacers and the Cavaliers, Stephenson took a shot at 'Bron that was literally below the belt.

The incident occurred midway through the second quarter. As LeBron drove down the lane, Stephenson attempted to block what he presumably believed was going to be an alley-oop pass from James. Unfortunately for the Cavs superstar, Stephenson's slap missed the ball and instead connected squarely with LeBron's balls.

After getting smacked in his junk LeBron immediately made his way to the end of the court where he collapsed to his knees in pain.

While it can't be known if the hit was intentional or merely a poorly timed block attempt, Stephenson earned himself a flagrant 1 for his troubles.

In other LeBron news, the Ohio native held his annual Halloween party in his hometown of Akron Monday night and came done up as Pennywise the Dancing Clown from the hit movie It. Wearing a suit identical to Pennywise's along with a super creepy clown mask, 'Bron added the nice touch of carrying a couple of red balloons to complete the look.
