Allegedly, "Kevin Brophy" is lying. A man from Toronto identified as "the6atsix" on Instagram claims that he's the real model featured on Cardi B's mixtape cover. He also says that he isn't suing Cardi B at all.
"Whoever this f***in bum ass "Kevin Brophy" is needs to find another way to finesse food for his kids. Fuckin lame ass n***a. @iamcardib iunno if this shit is real but it's all over the fuckin internet right now", the6atsix wrote on Instagram.
Turns out the Candian model is telling the truth. Cardi B. tagged him a year ago when she promoted her mixtape. The story is currently developing.

A male model featured on the cover art for Cardi B's mixtape Gangsta B**ch Music Vol 1 has filed a lawsuit against the rapper, claiming he was unaware his likeness would be used in such a sexually explicit manner.
The cover in question features a shirtless guy with a tattoo-covered back performing oral sex on the Bronx rhymer as she guzzles a Corona Extra and peers into the camera.
Plaintiff Kevin Brophy acknowledges that he's the one in the photo, but claims he only found out about the album art after a friend pointed out how crazy it is that you're "cunnilinging [sic] this rapper called Cardi B."
Detailed in the lawsuit is the claim that Brophy's young son saw the picture and asked his dad what he was doing in the photo, also asking about the identity of the woman. Brophy claims his son has brought it up numerous times.
Brophy claims he's never met Cardi B or even spoken to her reps, but he's certain he's the one featured in the cover art because he's had the very distinct back tattoo for 10 years.
Brophy has filed a lawsuit against Cardi and her managers for at least $10 million.
