In this clip, Philthy Rich and DJ Vlad discuss the nature of the music scene in the Bay Area and debate about whether or not the Bay has the infrastructure and environment necessary to be a top hip-hop town. Despite the Bay's history, Philthy Rich doesn't see many opportunities presenting themselves for the Bay Area. To him, the Bay is an area known for its independent grind but anything beyond that is far-fetched. Philthy said this is just something the Bay doesn't have.
