During a recent appearance on The Ellen Show to promote his new semi-autobiographical comedy show White Famous, Jamie Foxx was joined by the show's star Jay Pharoah. As expected, the SNL alum came hard with the impressions.

The duo first explained how the show came about, with Pharoah telling Ellen that he met Foxx in 2012 when he was hosting SNL.

To describe the encounter, Pharoah naturally had to drop into his Jamie Foxx impression.

"Hey man, I'm a big fan, I think you're amazing, I think you're talented...and I want to work with you in some capacity, and way," said Pharoah as Foxx, to the delight of the audience.

Asked about their friendship, Foxx described he's forever getting his friend to impersonate people.

"I know I'm hard to hang out with because he's so good at doing impressions, so that's all I do," said Foxx. "Just all night, like 'what's up with JAY-Z man, where JAY-Z at?'"

Pharoah immediately launched into his impression of Hova, complete with the Brooklyn rapper's trademark laugh.

Also getting the treatment from Pharoah were Kevin Hart and Chris Rock, who he impersonated with hilarious results.
