Rob Kardashian has filed a lawsuit against Blac Chyna in which he claims she assaulted him and destroyed his property.

According to court documents first obtained by The Blast, Chyna went on a violent rampage last December after consuming "a significant amount of drugs and alcohol.”

In the lawsuit, he claims “Chyna lunged towards Rob with an iPhone charging cable and attempted to strangle Rob with the cord around his neck.” After breaking free, he says the mother of his child chased after him and “repeatedly struck him in the head and face.”

The suit says Chyna then began to trash the house - which he was renting from his sister Kylie Jenner - breaking down a door, damaging a television and the walls, and even smashing a Christmas gingerbread house.

After attempting to escape in his Bentley, Rob says in the suit that “Chyna threw a nearby chair at Rob’s car causing damage to the vehicle and also used a metal rod to injure Rob.”

Kylie Jenner is also a plaintiff in the lawsuit, claiming Blac Chyna caused over $100,000 in damage to her house.

In the suit, Blac Chyna is described as a stripper who "over the years has created a reputation as a money-hungry, shameless, pseudo-celebrity," known for her “hard-partying and erratic behavior” who has “little, if any, accomplishments in the entertainment industry.”

Further, the suit claims Chyna's relationship with Rob was “nothing short of an outright fraud to shake down the Kardashian family without any concern about the consequences.”

Kardashian and Jenner are suing for assault, battery, and vandalism and are asking for unspecified damages.
