The media and fans are buzzing about the nature of a confession Kevin Hart made late Saturday night (September 16), when he took to social media to admit that he was being extorted and now faces confronting his family about how he wronged them in the process. In an Instagram video captioned, "Sending so many apologies to my wife & kids. I gotta do better and I will," Hart elaborates on how he has gotten himself caught up in a situation involving someone looking to reap "financial gain" off of mistakes he's made.

"I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did. And in doing that I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me," Hart says in the recording. “At the end of the day man, I just simply have got to do better. But I’m also not going to allow a person to have financial gain off of my mistakes and in this particular situation that was what was attempted. I said I’d rather fess up to my mistakes.”

The actor/comedian never quite specified what it was that he had done to shame himself before his wife Eniko and children Hendrix and Heaven (who are from his prior marriage), but it is clear that they weren't in the loop about it. Many have drawn to the conclusion that Hart was unfaithful to Eniko, who is currently pregnant with their first child together.

Back in July a video surfaced of Kevin Hart and an aspiring model in a car together. Kevin Hart laughed off the cheating rumors following the release of the video.
