Dave Chappelle happily walked around the streets of L.A. flaunting his first Emmy.

The comedian had the statue in hand and told TMZ that he was going to walk around with it “all day.” The outlet asked Chappelle why he decided to come out with it and he answered “because I got one and no one can see it in the house. I’m gonna put this on a neckless and wear this sh*t like Slick Rick.” He also jokingly told TMZ that his next big goal is to win an Olympic gold medal.

Chappelle snagged the Emmy for his post-election “SNL” monologue. This was actually his first appearance on the show and he took the opportunity to reflect on Trump getting into the White House. “We’ve actually elected an internet troll as our president,” said Chappelle. “I’m going to give him a chance” He also touched on pertinent topics throughout his monologue including mass shootings, anti-Trump protests, the death of Harambe the gorilla, and Black Lives Matter. Chappelle’s been pretty active this year as he released two new Netflix specials and started a residency at Radio City Music Hall in New York City.
