Usher addressed one of his accusers who filed a $20 million lawsuit back in April, claiming to have caught genital herpes from the singer. Raymond goes on record saying, "A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her." And, Usher says, she could have contracted the STD after their alleged encounter.
He then goes on to solidify the accusation by saying she assumed the risk of getting herpes by having "casual, unprotected sexual intercourse and/or oral sex." Usher's lawyer is requesting that a judge throw out the lawsuit.
This news arrives amid other claims that Usher exposed women to the STD, including Quantasia Sharpton, who held a press conference with her lawyer earlier this month. Sharpton claims that she had unprotected sex with Usher following his concert, where Quantasia was celebrating her 19th birthday.
