The Cleveland Cavaliers recently traded Kyrie Irving to the Boston Celtics, after Irving made it known that he wanted to be traded last month. Reports of issues between LeBron James and Irving arose after Irving announced that he was looking to be traded. However, the two reportedly met in Florida a week ago with no issue. Since the announcement of the trade, one fan posted a video showing a Kyrie Irving jersey on the ground. Instead of lighting it on fire like fans could be seen doing when LeBron left Cleveland, the fan placed a sign over the jersey that said: “Thank U So Much.” James responded to the video by saying “That’s the only way to be to the kid! Special talent/guy! Nothing but respect and what a ride it was our 3 years together Young Gode #Filayy.” Irving was traded to the Boston Celtics for Isaiah Thomas Jae Crowder and rookie Ante Zizic. Along with that, the Brooklyn Nets’ 2018 first-round draft pick will go to the Cavs.
