R&B star August Alsina found his name indirectly tied in with Usher's current scandal when earlier this week Baller Alert unearthed a 2014 "Groupie Tales" entry submitted by Quantasia Sharpton, in which she gave a graphic account of a night of passion she allegedly shared with Alsina after a show. Sharpton's story might not sound like a stretch to those who went to see Alsina perform in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday night, August 9, as the 24-year-old New Orleans vocalist showed favor for plus sized girls.
"First of all, let me compliment you on these draws, because uh, these look like a whole lot of loving right here. This is plus sized love. I like that plus sized love too," Alsina told the fan responsible for the flying undergarment, as the surrounding audience erupted. He then proceeded to read a poem that came attached. "You may fall from the sky. you may fall from a tree. But the best way to fall is in love with me," the note read. Alsina then went on to tell his fans that they can do whatever they set their minds to in life.
According to Quantasia Sharpton's three-year-old letter to Baller Alert, her romp with Alsina occurred in much the same fashion she alleges her encounter with Usher on her 19th birthday happened. She and her friends were invited back stage by the singer's DJ, she says, and as one thing led to another, friends in Sharpton and Alsina's company were excused from his room backstage. Sometime later they headed out to a hotel, where according to Sharpton, Alsina pleased her numerous times.
