During Houston Appreciation Weekend, Drake took the time to honor the three famous exotic dancers and his musical muses of H-Town, Lira Galore, Miracle Watts, and Maliah Michel in an outlandish jersey retirement ceremony.

Drake’s ceremony was done in honor of the exotic dancer’s long careers and success outside of stripping. He presented the women with three jerseys, a Louie Vutton bag full of gifts, and a replica of the NBA’s Larry O’ Brian trophy, which is given to the winning team of the NBA Finals.

On Lira Galore’s snapchat, she filmed the event which featured a moment where each of the jerseys were rising to the rafters like an NBA jersey retirement ceremony. She them posted a picture of her giving a loving smooch on the cheek to Drake.

Galore, real name Lira Mercer took to Twitter to express her love and appreciation for him and the ceremony. “Wow, made strip club history tonight. Got in, got out .. STILL relevant 🤷🏽‍♀️S/O to the BOY!! @Drake,” she tweeted.

Drizzy posted the picture of all three of the hanging jerseys on his Instagram with only the caption, “Paid Dues”.

Miracle Watts also showed her appreciation on Instagram by posting the same picture with her caption, “Look, I don't dance now, I make Money moves 💰. Thanks @champagnepapi for helping me gracefully "HANG UP MY JERSEY" OFFICIALLY! 3 years ago, I made a decision to leave the pole in my past, & I never looked back. I'm blessed and thankful to be a part. #MotivateTheStrippers #HoustonMade.”

The three dancers have been forever linked to Drake and his career from the very beginning as Michel, Watts, and Galore had been romantically linked to him. He even mentioned them on various records over the years such as 2010’s “Miss Me” with bars like, "I'm in the city of the purple Sprite, someone tell Maliah I'm on fire, she should work tonight." Michel also stared as the love intrest in his video for “Find Your Love” that same year.
