This is quite sad. Over the weekend, a video featuring 90's actress Maia Campbell started making its rounds on the internet. It appears to have been taken just a few days ago. In it she is seen rambling, asking for crack, and even claiming she was victimized by Bill Cosby. Campbell isn’t wearing any clothes, just a bra and what looks like biker shorts. She also appears to be missing a tooth.
It’s no secret Campbell has struggled with drug use over the years. However, this video hit a chord with her former, “In The House” co-star, LL Cool J. After seeing the clip, he tweeted,
“Instead of pulling out your phone and filming someone who’s obviously having trouble. Maybe lend a helping hand? A kind word? @MaiaCampbell” LL then posted an old picture of Campbell on Instagram with the caption, “If someone has a contact on Maia pls let me know…” not too long afterward, he posted, “Thank You.” Hopefully, as a result of this, LL can get Ms. Campbell the help she needs.
