Michael Jackson's once glorious Neverland Ranch is reportedly back on the market with its value having diminished 30% from its selling price in 2016.

For $67 million, a prospective buyer would get to own the 2,700-acre stretch of California land. At 12,500 square feet, the mansion the King of Pop once called home is only one of the structures the listing boasts, with a 3,700 square foot pool house and a separate 50-seat theater and dance studio also adorning the property. In addition, there is a barn, a fire house, and a Disney-style train station. Last year, the ranch, now named Sycamore Valley Ranch, was going for $100 million.

Colony Capitol acquired Jackson's property just before his 2009 death. At the time they paid $22.5 million.
