Followers of Soulja Boy's beef with Chris Brown will recall that prior to it being promoted as an event to encourage boxing over shooting, the SODMG rapper was going hard to prove his affiliation with the Fruit Town Piru Bloods. Comedian DeRay Davis was feeling nostalgic when he came across Brown out in L.A. on Sunday night, February 5, and stopped to acknowledge him with a spoof of the moment one of the Piru's famously pushed Soulja away as he attempted to put his arm around his neck.
"Yo they say DeRay ain't no celebrity. DeRay be out here. I'm Hollywood. Yo whuddup homey? DeRay a celebrity baby," Davis said as he recorded himself nearing Brown, who then pushed off of him accordingly.
Brown had been out having hit the streets after hanging alongside French Montana, Belly, Machine Gun Kelly and other celebs at Diddy's Super Bowl Party.
