Queenzflip is back with another hilarious video where he tortures dancehall artist Mr. Vegas with some Drake music while posing as his Uber driver.
The new video shows Queenzflip asking Mr. Vegas if he could play some Drake, and the singer basically ignores him. He then proceeds to play “Controlla” and starts up his wild driver routine. He grabs Mr. Vegas who responds by pushing him away. Unlike Young M.A., Mr. Vegas didn’t land any solid punches. The two also appear to be on good terms after the prank. “@mrvegasmusic and I are cool and he gave me permission to post this video, any video I post I get signed permission and connect fro the party!!!,” wrote Queenzflip on the Instagram post for the video. “If you don’t know who Mr Vegas is, he’s a #Jamaican DanceHall Legend, he had hits like Heads high, I am blessed, Bruk it down etc..”
Queenzflip must have been paying attention to Mr. Vegas coming out and dissing Drake for using the Dancehall sound and not giving the credit to some of the artists he worked with. Drake featured Popcaan on his “Controlla" record, but he is missing from the album version. He also criticized the rapper for using Beenie Man as what he described as an “intro man”, instead of featuring him on a song. “Does Drake really love dancehall or Drake just fake and because he sees dancehall right now is the hottest genre, he use 40 or 50 percent dancehall on this album, because he realize that this is the hot thing right now,” said Mr. Vegas in the video.
