It turns out 50 Cent does not have a third son, and won't have to pay that child support he joked about.

In a since deleted Instagram post, 50 posted a picture with a young boy who had tears coming down his face and captioned it saying, "My life is full of surprises; this little guy is my son DAVIAN. He started crying, I was thinking why you crying I gotta pay for this s***. LMAO"

Now, 50 admits that Davian is not his son at all; he was just an overwhelmed fan whom the rapper now treats like his child.

50 Cent shared the news in an interview with Indianapolis radio station 96.3 FM’s Keisha Nicole saying, "He’s not my biological son, but I treat him as my son. I just met him and it was interesting because the way he looked at me and he’s shaking and crying. [It was] all the things I wish my actual older son was but we just don't have that relationship, because when you pray for success, you don't pray for jealously, envy or entitlement and those things come along with it.  His mom's entitlement has been filtered through him. So why being a privileged child, still feel deprived?"

The older son he's referring to is 19-year old Marquise. Initially, 50 and Marquise appeared to have a great relationship as he appeared in the video for one of his dad's biggest songs, "Wanksta," in 2002.  Their relationship however has since soured. 50 blames Marquise's mother Shaniqua Tompkins, who sued 50 Cent for $50 million, claiming he failed to keep his promise of making sure she's set for life. In the time since the lawsuit was thrown out, the Queens rapper has been vocal and public about the role he believes Tompkins has in his estrangement with Marquise.  In 2013, texts surfaced of 50 insulting Marquise and even going, as far to say, “I don’t have a son anymore.”

When asked if he's open to having a relationship with Marquise, 50 Cent replied, "It would be pretty tough to have it now, we haven't communicated in almost five years." 50 also mentioned that his son has publicly latched onto people that are the rapper's perceived enemies.
