Nicki Minaj's older brother, 37-year-old Jelani Maraj, was charged in Long Island Tuesday for allegedly raping a child.
Though details are scarce, Newsday reported on Jelani's arraignment Thursday (Dec. 3) for first-degree rape and first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child who sources say is 12-years-old. Maraj was released from the Nassau County jail this morning on a $100,000 bond.
Nicki has yet to make a statement on her brother's case. Jelani Maraj is due back in court on Wednesday, December 9.
