In a now-viral video from Sky5, California cops can be seen brutally beating yet another Black man following a high-speed chase in Pasadena. "This was a violent criminal act by criminals that had no regard for anyone's life," said Sheriff's Sgt. Phill Dupper.

San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department's spokeswoman says the incident occured after a call was placed about a "possible residential burglary" late Thursday morning. The Sheriff's Department - along with California Highway Patrol - proceeded to chase the suspects' 1996 Lincoln coupe and stopped on Paloma Street around 11:30 a.m. At that point, one deputy points a gun at one of the suspects before another officer begins punching and kneeing him repeatedly as he laid face down in the street. "He was not wanting to be handcuffed, so they really had to use force to handcuff him," said witness Leslie Donnellan.

About 15 minutes later the beaten suspect was placed on a stretcher and later put in an ambulance, wearing a neck brace as a result of the violent arrest. The other two suspects were taken into custody.

Watch as the man gets punched at least 15 times by authorities above.
