Kxng Crooked speaks on his darkest moments, including a battle with depression and more in the visuals for the somber track, "Don't Close Your Eyes (Ashamed.)"
A rough cut of the single was released back in May and was featured on Tidal Rising, an ongoing list of buzz worthy tracks from Jay Z's streaming service. Since then, the track has been flipped with additional vocals for Morgan Mccrae and production from Jonathan Hay and Ajami. Kxng, formerly known as Crooked I, touches on suicide and anxiety, with Truth Ali dropping bars about his own personal issues of depression.
