Another lawsuit has been filed against Birdman, and this time it's a former employee who claims the Cash Money CEO didn't pay him. The Jasmine Brand obtained documents filed by Javier Nuno, who claims Birdman violated labor laws by working him over 70 hours a week and not paying him any wages.

Nuno claims he worked as a non-exempt employee at the music exec's Miami mansion from September 2012 to February 23, 2015, and he calculated a total of $48,375 owed in overtime pay. He also claims that Birdman owes him another $177,375 in regular wages.

Birdman's former employee also added damages to his case, and he's suing him for a total of $354,750.
