Recently, Jacob York was the latest guest featured on Bossip's, 'Don't Be Scared' podcast, and according to the gossip site, in addition to York's claims that The Notorious B.I.G. recorded an unreleased Wu-Tang diss record, the former manager of Gucci Mane, also alleges that Gucci Mane is schizophrenic.
While speaking on the difficulties that he faced while working with the "I Might Be" rapper, York explained his thoughts on Gucci's mental state saying, "People don't understand that he is schizophrenic, so if he's not on his pills, then you get the crazy tweets and all. And what people don't understand is that's a true medical illness."
York went on to explain, "That's not like the guy is a bad guy. But as long as he's on his pills he can A&R the best records and rap the best raps. He's not dumb, he actually excelled in school....He's very educated but he has an illness."
