Linsey "Jade" Berardi of Bad Girls Club season twelve fame has died at the age of 22, which was confirmed by the Oxygen network.
"We are deeply saddened by the loss of Linsey 'Jade' Berardi, who appeared in Bad Girls Club Season 12. Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts go out to her family, friends and fans."
The reality star only appeared on two seasons of Bad Girls Club, but made an impact as the "Brooklyn Brat" before her early departure.
Linsey's cause of death was not revealed, but her family asked for people to make a donations to animal shelters, because she was "a lifetime animal lover and passionate advocate."
