Last month, Raekwon announced the release date for his highly anticipated project, 'Fly International Luxurious Art' as April 28, and now the tracklist and artwork have been revealed.
The Purple Tape connoisseur confirms his personal imprint, IceH20 Records, will release the album. 'F.I.L.A.' boasts 13 tracks featuring artists such as fellow Wu-Tang member Ghostface Killa, Snoop Dogg, 2 Chainz, French Montana, and A$AP Rocky.
To cultivate the sound, Jerry Wonda, Scram Jones, Scoop Deville, S1 and others contributed their production skills.
The Golden-Era great recently told 'Retunk' that this project is "new Raekwon," an evolution of 20 years of perfecting his art. Rae says,"This is the new Raekwon. After 20 years, this is me mastering my craft all the way to the fullest and still having the passion to want to do it."
The Chef continues, "You would think someone in my position would lose momentum, but actually it's the opposite. It pulled me back in and my success started to wind back up after releasing Only Built 4 Cuban Linx II, because that was one of my toughest acts to pull off... it kinda motivated me to be more that dude now."
