Robert Van Winkle, better known as Vanilla Ice, was arrested Wednesday on charges of burglary and grand theft for allegedly helping himself to some items in a vacant Florida home.
Lantana police say they investigated a residential burglary which occurred sometime between December 2014 and February 2015. Several items went missing from the home, which was in the process of foreclosure, including furniture, a pool heater and bicycles.
According to TMZ, the 47-year-old former rap phenomenon was renovating a nearby house as part of his reality show "The Vanilla Ice Project."
Ice was taken into custody and charged with burglary and grand theft.
