When asked about their biggest competition in music, West Coast rap group The Rej3ctz told VladTV that they only view themselves as direct competition and couldn't cite anyone else in the industry. However, they did touch on influences which include West Coast pioneers like Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and Tupac, and the two rappers said they feel like they are influencing a younger generation themselves.

The Rej3ctz also spoke about jumping into the EDM world by working on Dillon Francis' "Money Sucks, Friends Rule" album on the track "All That," which also features Twista. The California emcees detailed their thoughts on loving the change of pace of the EDM world, adding that hard-partying and energetic shows are vastly different from the Hip-Hop world.
