Katy Perry is one to always impress or shock her fans with bold appearance choices, and her recent Instagram picture is sure to raise a few eyebrows. She uploaded a selfie image of her face all dolled up with makeup, but the shocking part of the picture was Katy's eyebrows. Instead of stick with her usual brunette look, Katy decided to bleach her eyebrows to the point where you might think that she shaved them based off of a first glance. She also sported a multi-colored hair color wrapped in tight buns as well.
