Another racist tirade was caught on camera, this time in New Rochelle, New York, where a woman can be seen going off on another woman, calling her an "ugly n*gga." The girl behind the camera stays calm while the aggressor continues to shout racial slurs in front of the camera.
The end of the video features a disclaimer from a law group, encouraging people to contact them to learn how to help stop racism.
