Back in the day, DJ Vlad caught up with Fat Joe on set of his "So Much More" and "Safe 2 Say" video, and the rapper said the song reminded him of "some old Wu-Tang" songs. He also spoke about projects he had in the works, including Remy Ma and Tony Sunshine's albums, and highlighted the flashy jewelry he was wearing.

When asked about 50 Cent's "Piggy Bank" diss track, where the Queens native rapped, "That fat n*gga thought "Lean Back" was "In Da Club", My sh*t sold 11 mill, his sh*t was a dud." Fat Joe said that he was going to address the controversy on his album, and adds that he didn't even know Fif at the time.

The famed Bronx rapper said, "I didn't really believe he would do it, because you have to be crazy to disrespect Joe Crack," adding, "I'll respond one time only on my album."
