50 Cent's independent release of his newest album, Animal Ambition, suffered a big hit in sales numbers after it was released to the masses on June 3rd.  Up until this point, 50's been on a consistent run, with his past studio albums all selling over 100,000 in the first week.  Animal Ambition, on the other hand, has only managed to move less than half of that thus far.

While it did manage to surpass its projected sales numbers of 30k-35k, Fif's latest project didn't go too far past 40,000 in its first week, which are the lowest numbers ever for the Queens rapper.  Regardless of the disappointing numbers, 50 is planning on releasing his second album of 2014 in September with Street King Immortal.
