Wu-Tang Says Rapper Who Severed Penis Has No Ties to Them

Wu-Tang wants to set the record straight about their relationship, or lack thereof, with Northstar's Christ Bearer.

Bearer, real name Andre Johnson, was rushed to the hospital after severing his penis and jumping off a second-story apartment balcony in North Hollywood. Sources claim that Bearer was trying to kill himself, but got up immediately after the fall and started screaming. Many outlets have connected the '90s rapper to the legendary Wu-Tang Clan group.

The legendary group took their Instagram page and posted photos claiming that Bearer has no connection to them at all.

"Parental Advisory : Don't Believe The HYPE." the caption says. "This Mother F****** Ain't Got S*** to do with WUTANG ..~Mr .TANG Www.WuTangclan.com"

Another photo was posted with the same claims.

Bearer was aligned with the group after RZA discovered the rap group Northstar. There is also footage of another Wu-Tang affiliate, Killah Priest, awarding the rapper with the Killer Bee Wu-Tang title.
