Rapper and actor Ice-T spoke with VladTV to discuss Lord Jamar's controversial statement that Hip-Hop is Black music and white rappers are guests within the culture.
Ice-T agrees with Jamar that Hip-Hop is indeed Black music, with Puerto Ricans also contributing to the culture and its growth. He also recognizes that there are a lot more skilled MCs today than in years past, and that anyone can rap if they approach the culture with respect.
