"Proud Family" actress Kyla Pratt confirmed that she gave birth to her second daughter in 2013, releasing an announcement through her rep, "Kyla gave birth to a healthy baby girl in August 2013 and is currently enjoying motherhood for the second time around."
She kept her first pregnancy under wraps from the media, and explained to Hip Hollywood that she feels tahat it's something private that she wanted to go through on her own without being judged by others.
