If you've never heard of MAAD MOISELLE - in the words of Kevin Hart, "You gon' learn today."
MAAD is an extremely talented R&B artist on a steady rise to fame. In her earlier years, her 5'10 frame allowed her to lock in loads of modeling work with the likes of renowned brands such as Cosmo, Seventeen, and VIBE, and her look also allowed her to become the marketing face for Sensationnel Hair.
Since her music career really began to blossom, MAAD has already locked in work with big names such as Drake and Just Blaze, and was even featured on A$AP Ferg's debut album, Trap Lord. Ferg was also enlisted as a feature on MAAD's first single and video for her "Killa" banger. Her second single and video however, is very opposite of style she chose for "Killa." Rather than try to hype you up, it'll sink into your skin and touch your soul once you listen to it.
MAAD's newest track "No Love," was written completely by her own hand, during a time when she was struggling through emotional turmoil.
"I wrote the song because I just felt really vacant with love," she stated.
"No Love" was directed by the talented and creative eyes of Jordan Riggs, who put together a very solid piece of visual work which greatly boosted the emotions already projected through her powerful vocals. It's truly a song that anyone who has ever experienced true heartbreak can relate to, and even if you've never been in this position before, MAAD MOISELLE's talent will make you feel as though your heart has just been shattered and you're struggling to put it back together.
