The Instagram profile @funniestnphilly which consists of many "stickup" prank videos has lead authorities to arrest the individual responsible for conducting the pranks.  21-year-old Daron Stinson and 19-year-old associate Courtland Gilliam, recorded numerous videos of them driving around the streets of Philadelphia pointing a pellet gun at random people, and in some cases letting off fake shots to scare them.  In mostly all of the videos both Stinson and Gilliam can be heard laughing at the many reactions they recorded.

In one video which was uploaded on February 15th, Stinson aimed the pellet gun at a 52-year-old man salting his sidewalk to rid some of the snow.  The video was captioned "Please don't try this it's very dangerous poor old head make him waste all that good snow."  In other videos the people on the receiving end of the prank dropped to the ground once the fake gun shots were let off.

Stinson is an aspiring comedian and actor, but it looks like he chose the wrong route to gain his fame.  He is currently incarcerated for charges of aggravated assault, robbery, making terroristic threats, and reckless endangerment, and is being held on $125,000 bail.  It's unclear if his associate Gilliam, was arrested too.

Do you think he should receive a serious punishment for his prank videos?
