It looks like Phaedra's husband never stopped his old tricks.
Sandra Rose broke the story over the weekend about the Real Housewives of Atlanta star's recent arrest. Apollo Nida turned himself to US Marshalls Friday on chargers of bank fraud and aggravated identity fraud. Nida allegedly helped assist in numerous identity schemes with Gayla St. Julien.
While detectives were following St. Julien's acts in February 2012, it wasn't until September 2013 that St. Julien reveled that Nida was her boss in constructing the deals. Police also discovered that St. Julien had created over 30 accounts that came up to $3 million in fraudulent activities.
St. Julien revealed that Nida would allegedly steal people's identities and have her pretend to be them to open bank accounts. They also allegedly created a fake dealership called 'Ferrari Autohaus' and applied for auto loans with the stolen identities.
After the St. Julien's arrest on September 11, agents had St. Julien tape record conversations with Nida where he basically gave himself away.
Nida was released on a pretrial bond of $25,000. Nida seems to be ignoring all of the allegations as he talked with fans on Twitter about his workout DVD and claimed that all of the allegations are "old news."
Nida served time in 2009 following a charge of theft when he altered VIN numbers on cars and other charges. It was there where he met his attorney and future wife Phaedra Parks.
