A strange video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has surfaced, and this time he's in a restaurant, speaking in a Jamaican accent. He also repeatedly uses the word "bumbaclot," a word that Urban Dictionary claims Jamaicans use as a substitute for "f*ck."
Ford later told the media that he was on his "own time," adding, "What I do with my personal life and my personal friends, that's up to me. I said I was there, I had met some friends. If I speak that way that's how I speak with some of my friends. I don't think it's discriminative at all."
