Legendary West Coast artist DJ Quik has officially announced his retirement. The DJ took to Twitter to make the announcement, and didn't really give a reason.
"It's official. I'm selling all my equipment. Furthermore, I will not remix or engineer for anyone from this day forward. Thanks true Fans," tweeted Quik.
That's rather upsetting news, considering the impact Quik has had on Hip Hop. Check out his tweet above.
