Fat Joe pleaded guilty to tax evasion back in December 2012 after failing to pay his taxes for 2007 and 2008, which amounted to over $1 million. Originally he was facing up to two years in prison; however, he was ultimately hit with a four-month prison sentence along with a $15,000 fine, followed by one year of legal supervision after his release.
The Bronx rapper just turned himself in to the Federal Detention Center in Miami today, August 27th, to begin his four months behind bars.
