"Neon Icon" rapper Riff Raff has a large collection of notable tattoos already, including his well known MTV, BET, and WorldStarHipHop tats. But, Jody Highroller isn't done getting inked up.
He posted a picture of a new, glow-in-the-dark Ghostbusters-looking tattoo on his Instagram Friday, which he refers to as a "slimer."
