A woman by the name of Christina Werner claims that Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, assaulted her during a garage sale they were having out on their driveway. Ms. Werner claims that Cindy and her husband were selling various items that once belonged to their granddaughter Caylee.
Christina alleges that Cindy approached her while she was sitting in her car filming their garage sale and reached into her car, attempting to slap or grab her, which left a few scratches on her shoulder before she drove off. However, apparently there were no visible injuries when authorities checked her out.
