The landlord for Flavor Flav's Chicken & Ribs fast food restaurant in Sterling Heights, MI, is accusing him of not paying his $3,500 monthly rent since November of 2012. Court documents show that Flav owes around $25,000 which includes unpaid rent, interest fees, and damages. Unless Flav can pay the money soon, his chicken spot will be left with no other option but to close. This is the last of his three chicken spots to still remain in business, as one closed in Iowa in 2011, and the other closed in Las Vegas in 2012.
According to TMZ, Flav had no knowledge of the pending financial crisis hanging over his restaurant, but stated, "I'm gonna figure out what's going on and get to the bottom of this ASAP!"
