R&B singer Omarion is being sued by two male fans who were randomly jumped after one of his shows. The victims, Brunel Jordonne and Kenson Sainvilus, claim that after O's concert on September 21 at Ole Bar & Grill in Newburgh, NY, a bunch of fights broke out.
The lawsuit obtained by TMZ reveals that security tried to break up the situation by telling everyone to go into the parking lot, but the two men felt they would be more safe at their VIP table. After they were forced outside, the two men were randomly jumped.
Both men were hospitalized after being brutally beaten in the melee, and Sainvilus claims he was even maced by security. They are both angry after Omarion advertised "tight security" on the concert poster, which they feel he miserably held up.
The men are suing both the club and Omarion for unspecified damages.
