Last week, songwriting legend Paul Anka says Jay-Z "disrespected" him by not returning his phone call. TMZ recently caught up with Anka again and asked if Jay-Z has yet apologized for the snub; however, Anka seems to have gotten over the whole thing.
"He doesn't have to apologize. He's ok. I just had to go on record."
"He's a good guy and I respect what he does and how he handles himself," Anka continued.
